Meditation Hall

A chance to go deeper in your practice or see what it's like to sit in silence for a while.  
Meditation Hall is a guided relaxation with Tibetan bowls followed by one hour of silent meditation. Afterwards there is a chance to share your experience in a talking circle, or not :)

Tea and snacks after for those who want to stay a bit
